Brad Penney, our president, takes his Streamlight flashlight on his many hunting trips. Our sales director for the hunting and fishing markets is an avid hunter. We hold focus groups to hear what they like about our products; but we’re more interested in what they don’t like, what needs to be improved, and what lighting problems have yet to be solved. We Support Our Products With A “No Excuses” Warranty.*
Streamlight makes tough, durable, long-lasting lights. And we support them with an equally strong warranty. If something goes wrong, we don’t make excuses – we make good. Streamlight warrants its products to be free of defects for a lifetime of use. We will repair, replace or refund the purchase price, at our option, of any Streamlight product that does not work or that you manage to break for as long as you own it. Of course, this limited lifetime warranty excludes abuse, batteries, bulbs and chargers. Rechargeable batteries and chargers have a 1-year warranty.
